CUBA REAL TOURS is one of the leading foreign touroperators in Cuba, founded in the year 2000 by experienced European tourism professionals in Switzerland, according to Swiss law*. The German-Swiss management together with its professional mixed Cuban and European team has been focusing successfully for many years on high-quality services for small to medium sized travel agencies, specialized in the premium segment, with an individual touch and for an upmarket clientele.
* CUBA REAL TOURS is fully licensed and registered in the Cuban Chamber of Commerce. As requested by Cuban law, all foreign agencies operating in Cuba must also be represented by one of the 3 big Cuban state agencies (receptivos). In the case of CUBA REAL TOURS this receptivo is CUBANACAN Agencia de Viajes.

CUBA REAL TOURS is located in the former Bacardi Building in the heart of Colonial Old-Havana. In our office approximately 25 employees (among them 10 Europeans from Germany, Austria and Switzerland) offer their services to a worldwide international clientele. Due to an excellent knowledge of the country, resulting from more than 10 years of personal experience (and a broad expertise in the most important outgoing tourism markets) CUBA REAL TOURS became very strong in the creation of tailor-made, high-quality á la carte programs for FITs, groups and incentives, adapted to the individual needs of the clients and different segments in each country.
Attention to the “small detail” is still important for us and we have committed ourselves to quality and excellence in service – which we find crucial for the success in a complex destination like Cuba. All staff members speak fluent English, German, Spanish and/or French and know well the requirements and expectations of their sophisticated international clientele. We work countrywide with 20 – 25 carefully selected, well-trained and certified multilingual tour guides, all officially licensed by the Cuban Ministry of Tourism.

CUBA REAL TOURS is one of the very few touroperators in Cuba that does not focus on mass tourism and therefore concentrates on a more personal service and special attention to the guests. We consider ourselves the leading specialists for a cultivated, individual and demanding upmarket clientele.
One of the big advantages of working through CUBA REAL TOURS is the direct communication with our employees onsite in Havana, who very well know the needs of their Western clients and can also give a realistic and neutral view about the possibilities and limitations (!) in Cuba. You will receive faster, more accurate and more complete answers to all your questions and all programs and itineraries will be in English. Our opening hours for your clients are 365 days a year from 9 am to 7 pm, including all Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays. Naturally we also have a 24 hour emergency hotline that is answered promptly.

CUBA REAL TOURS also offers its own rep service in the main Cuban beach destination of Varadero and also in the eastern beach destination of Holguin/Guardalavaca. Since 2009 we are represented in the UK and soon we will be represented in the Americas (USA/Canada/Mexico/Latinamerica).
